Business Development Representative

We are seeking an upbeat, energetic, and self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. You should have outstanding interpersonal and customer-centric skills with the desire to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Representative’s core role is to identify new leads for the sales team that match Atwave’s ideal customer profile.
  • Research companies and verticals to build a list of ideal accounts to target for the sales team. 
  • Drive lead generation in the form of qualified sales appointments for the sales team based on historical campaign performance and industry research analysis.
  • Research and report on prospect’s potential pain points and/or marketing triggers.
  • Manage client prospect lists and reporting.
  • Provide internal and external sales stakeholders with exceptional service and support.
  • Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects that will help drive revenue growth.
  • Applying excellent attention to detail and organizational skills while anticipating sales team needs. 
  • Manage team’s sales technology stack.
  • Weekly meetings with the sales team to review leads and response rates.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing industry preferred
  • Ability to uncover and understand customer needs
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and meticulous in carrying out work responsibilities
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A resourceful, driven team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of email marketing and advertising is a plus!
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
