Atwave works closely with their nationwide branded clients across multiple verticals, helping them to achieve their growth and new customer acquisition goals at scale. The role

The Client Services Coordinator role is the engine that keeps our client-facing team powered. This person will work across accounts to help execute campaign launches, harness data, and manage client financials. There is also tremendous opportunity to advance into managing client relationships, based on performance, over time. This person will be exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, able to handle a fast-paced environment and pivot between critical administrative tasks. 

Goals / remit

  • Reporting into a Client Services Manager, set up multiple new client launches per week, including documentation, tracking admin and testing, proofing creative work 
  • Liaise with clients professionally and authoritatively, as needed, to execute launches
  • Interact with all team members to secure performance intelligence, including but not limited to publisher delivery reports and creative insights
  • Share back basic analysis of all data in timely and thoughtful manner   
  • Maintain team financial projection and pacing documentation
  • Progress to managing campaigns for assigned clients


  • Demonstrated ability to support a busy team and handle a wide range of project-based tasks; ideally in a digital marketing or technology-focused environment (AdOps a plus!)
  • Ability to aggregate and manage flow of accurate revenue and media performance data
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills – internal and client-facing
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and gain experience in digital marketing industry, especially around client relationship management
  • Bachelor’s degree and internship experience; 1+ year in a post-college role is a plus
  • Basic Excel, extra points for HTML, coding or reporting platform knowledge
