The role

We are currently looking for a Publisher Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for outreach, negotiation and the onboarding of publisher marketing partners into the Atwave publisher/affiliate program. This will include building and managing a pipeline of qualified publisher partners, working on internal projects, and evaluating new business models and deal structures to help grow our reach. The ideal candidate will have experience managing partnerships and must be self-motivated, analytical, possess strong communication skills, and be able to make data driven decisions.

Goals / remit

  • Work with internal teams to create prospecting lists and identify new publisher targets to join Atwave’s audience portfolio.
  • Build effective outreach campaigns to share the value proposition of our media offering.
  • Develop strategic relationships with web publishers, media companies and content sites to drive adoption of Atwave’s publisher and media platform.
  • Analyze reporting and understand different publisher chokepoints towards achieving higher performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of publisher's business and marketing objectives to create marketing strategies that deliver high impact results for our brands.
  • Effectively onboard, educate, test, grow and manage a portfolio of new top tier publishers.
  • Develop an airtight publisher vetting process to ensure compliance and relationship longevity.
  • Educate publishers on Atwave’s platform and be an expert to the company’s capabilities and priorities.
  • Assist Account Managers with day to day management of partners ensuring we’re maximizing publisher’s potentials.


  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the online marketing industry; preferably digital performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in business and partnership development (agencies/publishers) – Ideally leveraging your existing partnerships to grow the Atwave portfolio.
  • Clear and effective communication and can convey complex results in a simple, clear manner, with deep knowledge of media and tech industries.
  • Experience making data-led performance decisions.
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team and collaborate effectively with a broad spectrum of internal and external partners.
  • Project management capabilities. The ability to manage complex work streams in a rapidly evolving environment and motivated to create processes that scale.
  • Self-starter, problem solver with strong ability to work independently.
