This person will work across accounts to help execute campaign launches, harness data, and manage client financials. We are currently looking for a Publisher Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for outreach, negotiation and the onboarding of publisher marketing partners into the Atwave publisher/affiliate program. This will include building and managing a pipeline of qualified publisher partners, working on internal projects, and evaluating new business models and deal structures to help grow our reach. The ideal candidate will have experience managing partnerships and must be self-motivated, analytical, possess strong communication skills, and be able to make data driven decisions.
